Aquarium cover 100x40 NON-FUNCTIONAL LIGHT

I will exchange this aquarium cover for cuttings of aquarium plants or sell it for a reasonable price. It is in good condition, but the lights do not work. They are classic T8 tubes. If someone handy repairs it, it will definitely serve well. Alternatively, the lights could be removed and replaced with some LED lights.
