DISCUS PROTECTOR QUICK QUARANTINE 480g

Discus Protector prevents the risk of infection from new foreign fish. Mixing fish of different origins can lead to what is known as "bacterial intolerance." Often, the entire old population becomes ill, resulting in expensive treatments. When used correctly, Discus Protector will prevent the spread of diseases in most cases, thus protecting your valuable fish population. Discus Protector is a carefully balanced mixture of high-quality antibacterial substances. Discus Protector acts preventively, meaning before the onset of disease.

Usage:
160g for 10 liters of water.
480g for 30 liters of water.

Example application of 160g:
1. Prepare a clean empty container (e.g., a bucket) suitable for 10 liters of water near the aquarium.
2. Have a suitable net ready for transfer.
3. Use timers, such as stopwatches, smartphone timers, etc., for precise monitoring of the treatment time.
4. Acclimate the fish designated for treatment to the water of the new environment in the transport container, for example, by equalizing the temperature and exchanging water.
5. Fill the suitable container with 10 liters of water from the aquarium.
6. Pour the entire contents of one package of Discus Protector into the container and dissolve it.
7. If there are a larger number of fish, aerate the container. The movement of water also ensures an optimal solution of active substances.
8. Remove the fish designated for treatment from the transport water and carefully place them into the container without the transport water.
9. The treatment time must be at least 15 minutes but no more than 17 minutes! Remember to check using a stopwatch or similar.
10. Fish may swim to the surface or breathe heavily during treatment.
11. Immediately after the treatment, carefully transfer the fish using a net back to the aquarium.
12. The treatment may cause cloudiness in the skin and eyes of the fish and may also irritate the gills. These symptoms are normal and will subside within a day or two.
13. The transport water must not come into contact with the water in the aquarium!
