Topic: “Case studies of less common diseases of aquarium fish”
Content: Brief summary
Classic diseases, such as white spot disease or symptoms like “ascites” (accumulation of excess fluid in the abdominal cavity) or “fin rot,” are firmly associated in the minds of most aquarists with very specific pathogens.
Some less common causes are therefore overlooked and unfortunately are not correctly diagnosed and treated until it is too late for treatment. The presentation will focus on these rarer pathogens and will show how to detect and treat them.

Note:
I (Manfred), DCG (Deutsche Cichliden-Gesellschaft e.V.) and AKF (Arbeitskreis Fischkrankenheiten) will try to offer Czech subtitles on Zoom for Czech participants in the future. Since this Zoom feature is chargeable, it would be good to know who from the Czech Republic will participate and who would actually use the subtitles, because each user costs something! We just need to test how well it will work.
